New Player Species for SWFFG - The Tusken Raider

Hello! So today I have for you all my Tusken Raider player-character build. I put this together for one of my players awhile back who was very insistent on playing a Sandperson, and I'm rather happy with how it came out. Special thanks to the kind folks on the SWFFG subreddit who helped me refine and balance it.
